What is the MOQ for OEM electric heater orders?
MOQ starts at 200 pcs for our standard HC, OR, RW and IR series. For fully custom OEM projects with your own housing mold, color and packaging, MOQ is typically 300-500 pcs per SKU. Trial orders of 100 pcs are negotiable for first-time buyers — talk to our sales team.
How long is the lead time for custom OEM orders?
Standard SKUs ship in 15 days from PO. Custom OEM orders take 30-45 days: 8-10 days for mold and tooling, 12-15 days for mass production, 3-5 days for QC and packing. Sample delivery is 7 days by DHL / FedEx.
Which certifications do your electric heaters have?
All products are certified for the EU, UK and US markets: CE, RoHS, UKCA, ERP Lot 2 (2024), FCC. Our factory holds ISO 9001:2015 quality management and BSCI social compliance. We provide full test reports and Declaration of Conformity (DoC) with every shipment.
Can you put my brand logo on the heaters (private label)?
Yes — full private label / OEM service. Your logo on the housing, control panel, packaging, user manual (multi-language) and gift box. We offer laser engraving, silk-printing and color injection molding. NDA and tooling exclusivity available for orders above 5,000 pcs.
Do you provide free samples before bulk orders?
Standard SKU samples are free (you pay DHL / FedEx courier cost, typically USD 50-150). Custom OEM samples are charged at sample cost + freight, refundable against a 1,000+ pcs bulk order. Sample lead time is 5-7 working days.
What payment terms do you accept?
For new buyers: 30% T/T deposit + 70% balance before shipment. For repeat buyers (3+ orders), we accept L/C at sight, O/A 30-60 days, and Trade Assurance via Alibaba. USD / EUR / CNY all accepted. Sample orders: 100% T/T in advance.
